Very poor customer service. Did not answer the phone despite repeated calling over 2 different days. Tried to bill a $100 cleaning fee for dirt and grass on the floor mats. Told by Tanner "the car has to be as clean as when we rented it to you." The rental jacket says "ordinary wear due to reasonable use excepted..." Dirt and grass on the floor mats seems like ordinary wear for a 2 week rental of a family style SUV. Had to take it home and vacuum it out myself to avoid the $100 fee. Never had to do that for a rental car before. Also tried to bill me personally for an extra day even though my car was still in the body shop and insurance had authorized the extra day. Recommend avoiding if you have a choice.

I would echo the many reviews about this Hertz location being dishonest. Not only did they charge my CC extra without authorization, Morgan, the supervisor, and Tanner, were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied that request. I don't understand how they're still in business. If you have an alternative for car rental, save yourself a lot of time and trouble having to deal with the bank and police and go elsewhere.

They put me into a 2017 Nissan frontier awesome truck I really did not want to return it... Customer service was awesome

Employees at this location are unbelievably rude and immature. Morgan and Tanner to name a couple, I honestly have no idea how these people can be employed in the service industry. On to billing, I received and signed a bill for $221.76 however my credit card received a bill for $358.86. Obviously this position did not require basic math skills either. Whoever is responsible for this location should be ashamed of themselves. I rent vehicles often and have never been treated this way. Of course I have initiated legal response as you can not falsify bills in order to make extra money without repercussions. If you value honesty of customers service this is not the place for you. Does not really affect me as they stole from my credit card company, not my problem. Not that it matters but I thought I would mention that I am a disabled veteran, these people do not have respect for anyone or anything including our country and her protectors.

So picking up the car was not bad but I ask the girl if it was a v6 she said she didn't know but it was good on gas. So I took it for two days and it was'definitely a v6. So I called about getting a car better on gas and he was like v6 are good on gas. I asked if I can trade even if it's at a later date. He said no I don't have any and probably won't very rudely. Customer service is about "trying" to help not reject right away and to be rude at that. I'm calling my insurance to set up a different rental place. Thanks!
